Job Title: UI/UX Designer Location: Guwahati Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Mid-level Job Summary: We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and clients to understand requirements, create wireframes and mockups, and ensure the best possible user experience. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. • Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines. • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement designs. • Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback. • Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides. • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a web development. • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, or similar. • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work for web and mobile applications. • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and user-centered design principles. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have: • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus. • Knowledge of design systems and component-based framework (e.g., React, Vue) to align designs with development. • Experience in conducting A/B testing and analyzing user behavior with tools like Google Analytics. • Knowledge of branding and graphic design.
