Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads
Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries
Explain products/services clearly to customers
Generate leads and maintain call records
Follow up with interested candidates/customers
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls
š¹ Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English; local language preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to convince and handle objections
Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus
