Support Specialist (Companion) – Bengaluru Location: Bengaluru About the Role Careoff is looking for compassionate, dependable, and professional Support Specialists to provide in-home care and assistance to children, seniors, and families. This is a meaningful role where you'll build trusted relationships while making a positive impact in people's everyday lives. Key Responsibilities: Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with daily routines and personal care, as required. Support clients with mobility and ensure a safe environment. Help with meal preparation and feeding when needed. Engage clients in meaningful activities and conversations. Accompany clients to appointments or short outings, if required. Observe and report any changes in the client's health or well-being. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the client. Requirements Caring, patient, and responsible attitude. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work flexible shifts. Previous caregiving or customer-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers are welcome to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided.
