Cargo & Operations Handling Receive incoming cargo materials from vendors, clients, and transporters. Verify cargo quantity, condition, and supporting documents at the time of receiving. Coordinate timely delivery of received materials to clients or internal teams. Arrange and dispatch cargo shipments to multiple locations through airline cargo services on the same day. Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation before cargo dispatch. Coordinate with airline cargo staff, transporters, and delivery personnel for smooth operations. Track dispatched shipments and update delivery status regularly. Handle urgent operational requirements and ensure minimum delay in cargo movement. Documentation & Office Work Prepare cargo-related documents such as airway bills, delivery challans, invoices, manifests, and dispatch records. Maintain daily operational reports and shipment records. Update data in Excel sheets, operational software, and company records. Maintain proper filing of operational and administrative documents. Coordinate internally with accounts, operations, and management teams. Handle email drafting and basic office communication professionally. Required Skills Basic knowledge of cargo handling and logistics operations. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel, MS Word, and email drafting. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Problem-solving and time management skills. Qualification Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Basic computer skills are mandatory. Experience in logistics, cargo, courier, airport operations, or warehouse operations will be preferred. Experience Fresher or experienced candidates can apply. Prior experience in cargo/logistics operations will be an added advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile Male candidates preferred for operational field activities. Willingness to travel locally for operational coordination if required. Comfortable working in rotational shifts and fast-paced environments. Employment Type Full-Time Salary As per company standards and candidate experience.
