Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Hardware Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops, desktop computers, and printers. The ideal applicant should have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve hardware-related issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities - Diagnose and repair laptops and desktop computers. - Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software. - Replace faulty components such as RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboards, displays, batteries, motherboards, and SMPS. - Install operating systems, drivers, and essential software. - Configure printers and network devices. - Identify hardware faults and provide effective solutions. - Maintain service records and repair documentation. - Visit client locations for onsite support when required. Requirements - Diploma/ITI/Bachelor's degree in Computer Hardware, Electronics, IT, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in laptop/desktop hardware repair (Freshers with excellent practical knowledge may also apply). - Experience troubleshooting printers is preferred. - Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking.
