Experience: 1+ Year Preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
Job Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, emails, and networking
Conduct product demos and explain HRMS solutions to prospects
Build and maintain client relationships
Handle follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures
Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM records
Achieve monthly sales targets
